Using straws the children made wands, fire works and Halloween globes.
In Aister the children were writing potions, collecting creppy crawlies with tweezers in tuff tray. They made a spell book in class and Halloween globes with the Jam jars sent in from home. They had fun role-playing witches den and coming up with rhyming spellings. The role played trick or treating and they did a Halloween catwalk in character – werewolf, mummy, witch etc.
The children are very excited for the Halloween games like snap apple, pumpkin brain, roll the grape with your nose on table and off course our Spooky walk on Friday. Photos from Friday will be up on the website over the mid term.
