As of recent, the Athboy Credit Union have hosted an art competition, with the age groups being under 7s, 8-10s and 11-13s. In Clonmellon, we had two winners, who are: Kim Beggan, from 5th class, scoring 3rd place in the 8-10s age group, and Jamie Davis, from 6th class, scoring 2nd place in the 11-13s age group. They both received an art box, a certificate and some prize money.
