A tradition in Clonmellon N.S is to create a Guard of Honour on the path from the school to the gate with all pupils and teachers. The 6th Class then come down the path to lots of claps and cheers. There were smiles and tears from the children, parents and teachers alike watching them leave the school for the last time but we have every confidence they will enjoy and excel in their next journey to Secondary School.
