Science week in 3rd!
The children loved the hands on experiments for science week and watching the results take place.
First, we tested out the bread with germs where we predicted which object would have the most germs and we watched everyday to see which bread slice had the most mold.. the results speak for themselves! The stair railing had the most mold in the end. The bread that was touched with clean hands had no mold which proves the importance of washing your hands!
Then, we carried out an experiment with milk and food colouring and watched as the droplets dispersed when prodded with the soap on the cotton bud. It made a Northern lights effect and the children were amazed! Future scientists in the making….
