Science Experiment : making jam
We tested how to make jam by comparing two mixtures- one with pectin (lemon juice) and one without. As you can see the jam without the pectin turned out very watery compared to the one without pectin. It turned out jelly-like and tasted very good too! The children enjoyed some bread with jam after too!
