Boys football team had their first game of the year, facing a tough Rathwire side. The boys worked tirelessly and scored some excellent goals to go up at halftime by two. The game was very tight throughout but the Clonmellon boys held on until the end and won by 4 points. Final score 6-7 to 6-3. They showed great team work, work rate and brilliant football skills throughout and should be so proud of themselves.
