On 30th January, Clonmellon NS hosted the Ficheall Chess tournament in our school hall. We had a wonderful day and would like to thank Kilskyre NS, Ballinlough NS and Cortown NS for making it such a great experience for all involved.
We played 5 games against a different opponent each time, some opponents were from the other schools but sometimes we competed against each other.
